Looking to increase the price a tad on this Eerie Tree

I just sold it for 4-4.2 PURE and was asked to make a suggestion for a bump in price for it. The guy i sold it to isn't very familiar with price suggestions.

Basically, my tree has been the only one on the market for a while, until i sold it to Heisenberg for 88 keys pure (4.2 buds using low end price of buds, 4 buds using high end)

how long is "a while"? If it's since past price suggestion (5 months ago) 1 sale is enough, if not you'll have to search far and wide for more proof.

It was the only one on the market when I bought it and the only one on the market when i sold it. I'm nearly certain it has been that way since the last suggestion.

Mine is the only sale in 1-2 months. Seems that once something is 1 of 1, offers go up if you're not trying to sell it quickly. I alos had an offer of 3.5-4 in unusuals

If something is this rare, 1-2 months is NOT old. At least not too old.

Blizz Slope price is really bad on here if I remember. Last I checked there's many willing 3 sellers that are failing, but that was a month ago.

4 looks like an outlier to me as well. No offer in the last 3 months seems to come close to that.

Dead Prez AA + 0.5 ~3.4 after overpay and not seeing anything else recently close to that.

At the time the guy offered, the Blizzardy Storm Slope Scopers were 3.5-4 buds. With that in mind in addition to the 4 pure offer, wouldn't that bring the vale up as well?

If the blizz scopers supported your range, you might convince people of that. But honestly, even at the time it was offered, there were b/o's of 3.5 showing that 3.5-4 was way too high.
