I don't want one guy's deliberately high offers to set the price for the entire market, so I chose the range that fit what the community was willing to pay.

1.3 Keys was sold instantly and got at least 2 adds.

Offers for 1.4 were all declined and there weren't any sellers for 1.4 recently.

1.5 Keys seem to be healthy, since people are willing to at least consider buying for the price, and also people willing to sell for said price.

Removing 1.4 from range for now. This is a hard decision, especially because of that darn Professor Pixels guy. But specifying the range a bit shouldn't hurt.
