Heya, this is my first suggestion here for an unusual, which I've had some experience with. This suggestion is basically a resurrection of another one with very good proof that was closed by the creator, so I'll be reusing some of the proof provided by him, along with a bit of my own trade history.

4 of these exist, so here's what little trading has been done with them (and YES, I do own one of these.)

His "new items" tab with 19 keys plus the earbud is from more than one trade, as the buyer, ">IPopper<" had a backpack that contained 12 keys and an earbud prior to the trade: ( [url]http://backpack.tf/id/76561198085718814?time=1373785200[/url] ) and his backpack contained 3 keys and no earbud afterwards when he obtained the hat: ( [url]http://backpack.tf/id/76561198085718814?time=1373871600[/url] )

SOLD for 1 bud + 9 keys ~ 1.4 buds.

Now, I bought this specific hat from >IPopper< after he got it from the previous owner. He gave it to me after I offered a named Nuts N' Bolts Noble Amassment of Hats plus 12 keys:

Unfortunately, the cache of my backpack seems to be off, as it doesn't show the keys in my inventory that I bought that night to add to my offer. However, you CAN see my Noble unusual in my backpack, and the 12 keys in the seller's backpack along with the Noble unusual that went along with my trade.

It seems to have been sold for items, not pure. From what I can tell, the full offer was:

S.F. Stickybomb Launcher (21 keys), S. Grenade Launcher (3 keys), V. Ullapool Caber (1.5 keys), V. Whiskered Gentleman (2 keys), Kringle Collection (1 key), Quadwrangler (1 key), V. Trophy Belt (1 key), and about 4 other items worth 2 ref a piece.

~approximately 32 keys total.

The seller's trade history seems to be broken, as I can't pinpoint the exact time he sold the unusual or what he did with some of the stranges and items. This trade is questionable.

No one has offered to pay my previous B/O of 2 buds or a Max's, and the only offer I have recieved that is worthwhile is a Sulphurous Pencil Pusher, which the previous suggester valued at 1.8 buds due to one of the offerer's trades getting an Eerie Fire Counterfeit Billycock offer for the Pencil Pusher. I cannot confirm the Eerie Billycock offer because it is not listed on any trading sites that I can find.

PRICE TALK: I value this hat at 1.5-1.8 because the current low end market price as far as I can see is about 1.5 according to the trade done in items, and the bud plus 9 keys sale. The high end is obtained by what i had to pay the previous owner of my hat to get him to part with it (~1.9 buds), and the approximate 1.8 bud price of the Pencil Pusher offer on my trade (Implying that the Eerie Billycock offer did, in fact happen on the offerer's trades.)
