Ebenezers aren't six keys straight. Also, paint that has been used is generally valued less than unused paint because if you did try to sell it for its full value then you would have to work harder to find someone who coincidentally wants that same paint on that item. This is particularly difficult because if he/she has to pay the full price for the paint then he/she will save some time and buy the paint separately rather than going to your specific trade.

Just look at the previous suggestion to have an estimation of how much proof you need for a suggestion for this item to pass.

If the bills went up with no warning it wouldn't just affect the bills. Every drastic action effects the market badly. From the repercussions people could loose 1 grand in proxy.

when you add a paint modifier its only 85% of the paints value. so its 6.7-7.7 the value of that ebenezer

Yea, 50% seems about right on the backpack value, but you can always find a buyer willing to pay the paint value if it is black or white in my expirience.

Anyone who has had enough time on any tf2 marketing site will know that bills are dropping, for one reason or another. Now is not the time for a raise cuz people are buying less and less of it. The ones who never saw the hat as a form of currency still buy it, but an experienced trader will stay away from it like a bro at a frat party would from a skank hoe. Just sayin'
