CONCLUSION:

Tons sell at 1.33 - 1.66 without much trouble and most people have a lot of trouble buying Strange Eyelanders for 1.00. 1.33 seems to be more common than 1.00, therefore eliminating the 1.00 - 1.22 range.

Like I said 1.00 is a quicksale price. They sell so fast its not even funny. If you did regular bp.tf suggestions, you would know that quicksell prices should not be in the current range. It seems like you don't want the price to go down because you want to keep making profit off the Strange Eyelanders.

You may not be convinced, but others here are. if there are more sales at 1.33 - 1.66 then 1 - 1.66, the real price should be 1.33 - 1.66. Is it that hard to understand?

lets not get condescending here... 1.33 and 1.66 are in the previous range, you are trying to prove 1 ref is not possible and/or is a quicksell price.

i have provided copious amounts of proof to the contrary, quicksales tend to be outliers - ie one or two trades that go very quickly. I have a lot more than that, you can really expect discount 10+ trades all as quicksales

All this proof is just one person, you. You haven't proved that others can buy for 1.00.

ive proved that 10 different people were willing to sell at 1 ref, does it matter it was all to me? it shouldn't seeing as i have no donator rank, and not a bot and am just the same as any other trader

traded quickly does not mean quicksell.

just to clarify, ive bought 10 of these and the pro builder's "proof" has at least 15 other buys at 1 ref (see above for long winded version), i added that one just caus it was relevant.

That means we have 25-30 sales at 1 ref. Those aren't quicksells, that means the price of 1 ref is accurately reflecting the market

EDIT i also see you are in his friends list, so you were probably his backup in his pitiful attempt to downvote my comments and act like that meant something. i really don't expect your little game wont fool the mods (at least i hope not :P)

regardless, 1 trade that goes quickly is co-incidence. 5 trades is *probably* quicksell, but 30? if i listed 30 sales of this thing at 2 ref chances are this would rise to 2 ref, and the same works in reverse.

Even if it didnt you can just do basic maths. I have 30 trades, he has 6. Which one is higher? take your time, this one is tricky

Just a note, this seller ( http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/13950206 ) has been selling for 1 refined for several days, I purchased one a few days ago ( http://imgur.com/lMrFqRe ).

He also still has stock in backpack and has remained active over the last week. One seller doesn't determine the market but this seller has been actively selling at the low end for at least 4 days, and since he has/had so many readily available and they haven't sold out yet I hardly call it a quicksell and worth removing from the range. Going to remain neutral

Did you even read my comment? 4 days isn't really quick for an item less than a key, and if bulk selling is invalid proof a lot of your proof could be knocked right off.

Besides I've been trying to buy this weapon for a week for 1 ref without much of success. http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/13823459 And do note that my trades bumps every 1 hour. Only one guy was ready to sell for my price, and as I was offline for a moment, he already sold it to another guy. That's pretty bad ratio considering those 170 bumps which my trade had during that time.

Being a rather big fan of the eyelander, I've bought and sold s. eyelanders before, and I gotta say, 1 ref is totally a quicksell, even if it isn't labeled quicksell. Every time I've listed for 1 ref, the thing is gone in an hour at most. Also, pain to find sellers for 1 ref.
