this is unrelated to the price change but why does this go for so much?

Flies on Sniper means you won't get seen easily, and it's themed on a buncha sniper hats as he's from Australia, home of the worst flies known to man. Kinda stupid if you ask me, might as well buy Fetti for the same effect.

How much does strange add to the value? The sold for 21 buds veil was a strange one

considering some recipes total costs are only couple refs, i would say it's irrelevant...

edit. unless you can no longer apply strangifier to unusual quality items ...

the recipe costs may only be a few ref, but considering strange veils are worth somewhere around 4 keys, the set is worth more than the crafting materials

the strangifiers for the veil go for around 3 keys, somewhere around 0.1 buds, it's still close enough
