CONCLUSION:

Lots of B/Os under the current backpack.tf price. 13 Keys was the lowest B/O on the market. There was only one B/O of 16 Keys, so I won't include that in the new range. The majority of B/Os are at 15 Keys, so I'll set that as the new high range.
