Pretty Bad Lowballs. I don't know what the seller is going to think about these crappy offers.

CONCLUSION:
The lowest sale/offer was 13 Keys, so I'll make that the low range. The high range would be 15 Keys due to that old Big Kill Offer.

You will probably see a warning for that mr. gibberish name.
Anyway, I don't think you need to have said "legit trades"
But you will want to show sales to support your higher range.
also since the big kill price was 15 keys 5 months ago, that offer is outdated and probably won't be valid
Its not outdated at all. 8 Months is more outdated then 5 months for your information. Plus did you even read my suggestion? Only two on the market, plus it was really hard to dig out sales. Also how do I need to support my high range when its already the high range of the last suggestion? :3 I already have a legit sale.
Indeed. Big Kill offer (and that trade as a whole) is not valid. I'm not seeing proof of the high end here.
Any other suggested range I should do? Maybe 13 - 14?
Is there any proof of 14 in the last 2-3 months?
Unfortunely Not. Only sale was 13 Keys. So I should do 11 - 13?
I was looking at a few other sales and 11-12 gets offered a lot. 11 keys seems to be too low. Maybe 12-13. Though I don't like setting low ends based on rejected offers.

Should I just close the trade then?
Well, I had trouble figuring out the sales on the link I provided above. But if you are really keen on pricing this, you might check out their bp inventory history to check for what the sales actually were. I didn't check those carefully. It has been traded 3-4 times in the last month. Or you could add the sellers to ask.
How do I do that? Check what the sales actually were?
Here is an example:
Zexion is one of the listed owners. Search for him on bp.tf via his steam id. Find the hat based on the item id. Based on the item id, I estimated it was about ~1 month old. I found it in his inventory here:
http://backpack.tf/id/76561198037750776?time=1374735600
The next day he sold it:
http://backpack.tf/id/76561198037750776?time=1374822000
If you arrange by time you can usually figure out what they sold for. Unfortunately, it looks like the only new item worth anything there is a bills. And from his trades it looks like he trades in dota 2 items, so he probably did a dota 2 exchange. But this method usually works. And when you search by history you can tell what they received.
Ah. Thanks. I'll close this one. Thank you for the info.
