13 Keys Pure

Nuts n' Bolts Professional's Panama (~12 Keys)
Steaming Janissary Ketche + Sweets (~12 Keys)

Massed Flies Counterfeit Billycock (~14 Keys)
Orbiting Fire Janissary Ketche + 2 Keys (~14.5 Keys)
CONCLUSION:
High range would be 14 Keys because of all the offers around it. Low range is 12 Keys because many people were willing to pay that much. Simple. :P
You need sales, not offers
Couldn't find any... :3 Sales aren't the only thing if the seller is willing to take offers.
maybe 12-15 keys would be better? because the current range seems accurate
I don't see anything at 15 Keys... :3
14.5 keys :P but i guess 14 keys is close enough, no point really re-suggesting because of 1 key
