Price Talk - Suggested Range: 26 - 30 buds

This hat is a very difficult one to update. A couple sales came in around <20, while others also came in at above 25 and 30. However, due to a higher volume of sales in the higher end of the sale spectrum and also higher offers that recent/current owners have gotten, the sales for around ~19 seem too low. That being said, 32.7 is too high due to there being a current buyout of 30 buds. A sale at ~30 helps solidify the high end at 30. Therefore, I think a range of 26 - 30 is an appropriate updated range for this hat.
