"15 isn't happening anymore." - can you prove that it's not? I don't see any proof of your statement. It would be nice for there to be more pruf of your suggested range, more than one. Until you do that I will be downvoting :/

There are no recent sales for 15 keys, people are still offering 15 but none have sold for 15. Only sale below 16 is a quicksell I picked up for 14 keys.

Here, just like in cort, but even more so you need to back up your statements with proof. Show links showcasing that people are offering for 15 with no success. Also only one sale under 15, yours, does not represent the entire market - and even this has to be represented, show us the trade.

Check the histories of the Western Wears and you will see previous trades, none apart from the two below were sold for under 16 keys:

There are no other recent traceable sales except for the ones I have listed.

I will have to take into account the fact that unusuals are usually (lol) hard to sell unless you get lucky or you quick sell, your above quicksell links seem to check out, but I still would like to see people unable to buy at 15. Perhaps tweek your range? 15-17? I am staying neutral for now.

EDIT: Nevermind, I just had a brain fart, the range is good.

EDIT #2 : You are trying to remove the low end range without any proof of unsuccesful buys at 15. Perhaps there are no traders selling at 15, but you need to show failed purchase attempts at 15. Do that and your suggestion is legit.
