Sellers are settling for less that the stated value, therefore the hat may be overvalued at 5.2 buds. One recent sale, an older sale, plus the 2 out of 4 hats on outpost with buyouts below the backpack value are my proof. Despite the two available hats for sale claiming quicksells, low demand is causing sellers to sell at the prices below the backpack value. If demand was higher, they could command a higher price since there are only 2 on the market and 4 total hats.
