CONCLUSION:
The Die Job one is out of the park. The other one on the market, I tried to look back more into the history, but it jumped from 2 months ago to 1 year ago, so I'm like, "Heck No." - The Engineer. Based on its rarity and offers/sales, I will set the low range as 15 and the high range as 20 (because of a legit sale I could dig up).
Good enough for me, I guess. We should start a lobby to get people to sell their hats more, that way our suggestions would be so much easier to provide proof for. Because #screwlogic

because people like to show off how rich they are, decreasing the paint value to like nothing.
