This blizz lucky shot hasnt been updated since 4 months so i have a new suggestion.
1.3-1.5 Buds. It's a very hard to sell unusual and i think this is a correct price.
It's my first suggestion so please dont be very rude.
Let me introduce proof now:
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/14035724 ( 1.5 buds b/o still no buyer )
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/12035856 ( 1 bud + 5 keys c/o. Opened by 2 months and still has it in backpack)
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/14174781 ( No buyer )
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/14175744 ( 1.5 Buds B/O. No offers )
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/13027850 ( 1.6 Buds B/O 1 month openned. C/O : 1 bud + 3 keys )
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/12092740 ( same guy .. other trade.. c/o : spectral spectrum bill's )
So this hard is very hard to sell.. people stood months with hat in backpack finding buyers. I had it too but its too hard to sell it.. Finally sold it for 1 bud + 6 keys which is not 1.5 buds as the price says. I brought proof enough i think and the price was really outdated.
Please write in comments what you think , i want to know if something is wrong or good.
Have a nice day.
Where does your low end of 1.3 come from?
Lower offers than current range don't really mean much unless they've consistently sold for that amount.
I really didnt wanted to be the price 1.5 buds because nobody sells at 1.5 buds. Now it's 1.4 buds , still better than the 1.5
Aside from your only sale (1.3 buds) I can't see much out of this.
You can look up the histories of your links to see what they bought and sold for, and see if those trades fit in within your range.
first link sold for 33 keys (1.6 buds)
Here is the proof for the low end:
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/13643977 - added 11 keys for a nnb muffs ~1.3 after overpay - http://backpack.tf/id/76561198032278126?time=1376809200
With all these b/o's at 1.5, this seems very reasonable
