Suggestion: Strange Enforcer at 0.66–1 ref

Conclusion: I can't say 1 ref is impossible since they're many solds at that range, but .66 - .88 definitely needs to be in the range due to sellers at that range..

I only had time to do 5 pages of outpost, yes there are some being sold at .88 but many are sold in less than 2 days. Ive sold around 6 at 1 ref but i dont have time to post the proof so i guess it means nothing.

Also your gonna need more sales at .66 that arent sold in 2 seconds
