http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/13853680 sold 4 pure
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/14012398 sold GE Softcap + 7 Keys (3.3 with overpay and rounding) (gonna call this an outlier, the owner sold it very fast, as if in the form of a quicksell)
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/13624936 sold for a C. Bubbles Brain Slug (4.5 with overpay) (yes, this one is duped, BUT, its above all other sales, making it proof)
Last link rack (high end) was painted chromatic corruption.
Personally Based on My Experiences Halloween Effects Add Little Or Nothing To The Value Of A Hat
I'd understand if it was regular paint like white, black, etc. but this is a 0.5 bud paint bro. How does that add nothing?
On unusual hats, I find it adds little to nothing. For an example, a guy GAVE me spectral on a unusual and I sold it for like 4 keys more that normal.
Then it added 4 keys? I don't understand what that means at all.
I bought an unusual with spectral, didn't have to pay the extra 20 keys for it. And I tired to sell it for ~16 keys more than the bp.tf price and had no luck. Sold it for the bp.tf price + like 4 keys
Maybe you weren't patient enough? Besides 4 keys is ~0.2 buds a sizable amount regardless. Also, you payed a terror-watt buccaneer's (3-4 bud hat it seems) for your rack?
I disagree on the bicorne, yes there is someone quickselling for 3 buds, but that guy is a known sharker. I also had someone considering s 1:1 with a misty AA yesterday. And someone paid a scorching crown + a bud for one about 2 weeks ago.
Because it's on an unusual hat, and you buy it for the hat, not the the paint. It adds like nothing.
I disagree with that. Some Halloween spells really compliment a hat nicely.
Well yes, they're amazing in-game - I meant value-wise.
If a spell makes a hat look much better, would the demand on it not go up?
The 4.5 has chromatic corruption on it though. Most suggestors either don't use it for proof or take off half of the paint's value (5 keys, which would make it 4.3) At least, that's what I see.
Paint on an unusual adds nothing.
sorry but who is a sharker ?
http://www.tf2outpost.com/user/285508 look at the history of all of his hats. he has been known to shark.
Here you go, i sold mine http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/13604218 on August 15th to fayte// http://www.tf2outpost.com/user/113356 for a Circling Heart Professional's Panama (4.3 - 5.8). http://i.imgur.com/S1ZAalv.png http://i.imgur.com/g7L4CVN.png
with overpay applied, that rounds to ~4.5, which fits in the high range! thank you!
No Problem. =)
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/14199472 offer of a sunbeams snaggle ~4.2 with overpay and rounding
