In the Sellers department, I think we agree that it´s impossible to sell for 4 ref. You may be asking,why there isn´t any successful sells. That´s maybie because there are no sells. Even for 3.66 is hard.I searched for all the trades and i didn´t found any solds. But now... Let´s take a look at the buyers department,shall we?

Well... The conclusion is... no one really cares about this hat xD. No one wanna buy it,And if no one buys it for 3.66,why should they buy for 4 ref? The last suggestion had less proof and got accepted,so why not give a try. This item is really going down.
