needs a little bump, did not mean to put 1.33 in the range, not sure what happened because i closed it, then suggested with 1 ref flat and it got suggested at 1-1.33 again, but that is not really important.

        it is possible to buy under 1 ref (i know what i am saying is against my suggestion, but w/e) but it is also possible to sell above 1 ref, i could make it .66-1.33, but 1 ref is the main traded price for this paint so i did not make it a range.
