Because the Hitman's Heatmaker is going down, why doesn't every strange weapon in the game go down?

I was trying to purchase a black box

for lower than 3.88 refs for 4 days

i was trying to complete a recipe

had no luck bought it for 4 ref after all and theres pretty few of those so iwas thinking to suggest a higher range. to buzy with market sells though,never had the time to do so. but seeing it suggested at this range with out a single proof.

why..

what kind of logic is that? Prices are based on supply and demand in the market, not baseless speculation.
