Bought mine for Orb fire pencil (price is quite outdated, its at least 16 to 17 keys) and he added 12 ref (basically 15 keys or so)

I sold mine for:
-bubbling sultan's ceremonial + 9 keys (~1.1 buds with overpay)

He http://www.tf2outpost.com/backpack/76561198063268139 sold his for a cauldron bubbles dread knot (1.1 buds with overpay)
But I thought you only bought quicksales. That and your buyout was ridiculous.
I feel like the 15 keys sale was a quicksell since you were able to flip it for roughly 1 buds so quickly. Maybe tighten the range up towards the high end.
That was only after I posted my link on about 70 trades. Took a lot of work :P
So basically, if you currently own the hat, quicksales can't be used as proof. But if you have been able to sell the hat and no longer own it, then they can.
Perhaps it was indeed a quicksell. Maybe 18 to 24 would be better
If the first link sold for 14 keys, why is the low end 15 keys?
When I put it into the system I put in '.7 to 1.1 buds' and it came out like this. Didn't account for it converting it to keys. My bad. Still a fine setting price honestly. I also feel like this hat is worth more than 14 keys, so I'm trying to be reasonable with the price range.
Yeah. I would do 18-24
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/14073106 - sold pretty easily at 18
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/14243058 offer of 24 keys, I think 15 key is a quicksale.
