http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/14008196 got offered 16, accepted, sold for ?
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/13160831 sold for 14
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/14178486 b/o of 16
14 keys looks like it went fairly fast, not really sure on it.
I still prefer this suggestion over the other.
For the first link, it actually sold for a crocleather slouch with bubbling effect. Buyer added sweets.

No, it's not, for a few reasons.
My 14 key link sale was instasold, which means 14 should be at the low end. Plus his 12 key sale was to an unusual quickbuyer, and quickbuyers can't be used as proof.
Secondly, he ignored the 16 key offer.
Some additional links why 14 should be at the low end at not 12:
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/14257935 sold for 14
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/14243622 offered 14
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/9498025 rejected 14
Additional proof for 16:
http://www.tf2outpost.com/user/414767 sold for a peace beanie. Beanie has an outdated price, but http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/14211492 recieved offers of 16+.
