Suggestion: Earbuds at 21–21.5 keys

i trade in servers pink taco and so on. the 22 keys seller they never seem to get any lucky with their price/most of the time they accept 21+ sweets 1 or 2 hats.

haven't had any luck selling at 21 keys + 3 ref, and lowered to 21 keys + 2 ref. this needs a drop

The first link is sold on 22 keys is sold, but it doesn't matter since you have so much proof for 21 keys.

I would say that 22 keys is only marginally more difficult but it doesn't mean that enough sales aren't occurring at that price. Even your own evidence shows plenty of sales at 22 keys. So why lower it a half a key if the actual sales are stating otherwise. All your evidence is within the current range and therefore range doesn't need to be adapted to a non existent price spread.

Picture evidence because someone from the other open trade basically called me out, stating that my trade says 22 keys but that is not evidence of 22 keys.

Aye. And to be honest I think a 1 key price range for earbuds is good or even necessary because its selling price will always vary more than 0.5 keys. Of course there will be outliers on both sides, but in my opinion the current 21-22 keys range is for now more correct than the suggested 21-21.5.

I am really surprised. My trade was open for about 6-7 hrs and I only managed to sell my 11 buds at 21 keys each. I had been bumping them every 30 mins on outpost, bazaar.tf and backpack.tf respectively, even you bought 2-3 earbuds from me. And yet people are fucking foolish enough to pay 22 keys when there are plenty available at 21 keys. I am just disappointed at the foolishness of people.

In reality, many won't look past page 1 or 2 on outpost and do not utilize backpack classifieds. In other circumstances, there are sellers who are offline that cannot sell the buds at 21.

Today I saw your ads on classifieds and bought two buds form you and 1 bud from another trader at 21k. I only did this because I had a bulk buyer and already sold my buds stock yesterday. (This is starting to sound like drugs -ie bud). People will buy buds as long as the prices are reasonable and 22 imo is still reasonable. I need more buds by the way and cannot hold onto them long enough.

I am just shaking my head in utter disappointment. Fools everywhere.

Restocked on buds today and sold another bud for 1 black bills, 1 white bills, 7 keys, and 5 ref =23 keys and 2 ref

With all due respect, they were duped lvl 42's. Any collector would look at the item if it is duped. My 2 X lvl 99s are not duped and a super short history. A duped lvl 42 is nothing special.

First trade is 42 keys and white buck turners (2keys+paint) for 2 buds, second is 22 for 1 pair, and the third is 44 for 2 buds.

Even so, I can agree that the majority of trades for buds occur at under 22 keys

I too have been able to sell two out of my three buds in 1 day. That doesn't tend to happen if you're asking too much.

Possibly, but not necessarily. As I said in my post "If this had been suggested a week ago I'd have agreed." What I mean with that is that a week ago it was a pain in the ass trying to get 22 keys out of buds whereas now my 22 keys sales wouldn't seem to be outliers. And if you look around it would seem that I'm not the only one with this experience.

Might as well just drop it to 21 flat

21 flat seems to sell quite fast actually. I sold a couple at 21 yesterday pretty much within 1 hour of posting.

Upvote, I've bought a few buds for 20 Keys over the last week and resold them for MAYBE 20 Keys and 4 Ref. I'd say 21 Keys is what Buds are at right now.

I'm upvoting the 21. It seems much more logical than the 21.5 crap.

Why not just make it 21 keys? You barely have any proof for anything above 21 in comparison to the amount of proof you have for 21. Those others should just be outliers.

If you actually take the initiative to search trades on outpost, they still sell at 21.5 keys.

Why buy at 21.5 when it is super easy to buy at 21?

If you go to unusual trade server you can easly sell your buds for 22 keys. I sold all my 3 buds I had.

With the pace of 21.5 key sales on top of all the 22 key trades still happening, I don't think 22 should be excluded yet.

It's not all about the price. A 22 key trade that has been bumped 5 minutes ago will sell more likely than a 30 minutes old 21 key trade. Also what Saturn said is not an outlier, the whole thread is full of people with proof of quick 22 key trades - Including mine.

Exactly the reason why I did this suggestion, which not many ppl seems to understand. Too many sellers at below 22 keys, don't see a reason why ppl buy them at 22, unless they're lazy.

21.5 is already in the range of 22 keys :/ i don't really know why make to .5
