I saw some suggestions for 1 of 1 hats with old sales, and admins don't really like old proof, they prefer to left this unpriced.

    Well, alll we can do really is wait until the Halloween Update and see if another one gets unboxed. We need to leave this alone for now.

      Even if its just 1 of 1 or 1 sale as per the effect tier the stormy 13th isn't above cloudy moon. Also the sale is too old. Up to a month (or 2 doubtfully since its rare hat) is ok.

        6 to 7 isn't OK, 10.4 is. Nothing but 10.4 is 'ok' as it's never sold for lower.
