I have come to the conclusion that there are way too many sales at 3 keys to be called a quicksell, so I am making the low end 3 keys.

I still don't know what valve smoked when they put this in there. I mean Mantreads are at least fun but this... :/.

yeah, even the disciplinary is more fun to use than this, though the lack of interest in this item is probably why the huge drops.

They should've made it count kill assists.

Disciplinary is hands down the best melee, dat range.

At the least the disciplinary action counts allies whipped.

At least now there are three weapons in the game that have 5 different item qualities (Fan O'War, Conniver's Kunai, Half-Zatoichi). In any case, upvoting.

*also side note, valve, why the hell did you make it so the Strange Fan only levels up based on kills with it?! not kill assists, which would make it more useful, hence its ability to "mark players for death"?!?

I do believe the answer would be that based on when people have joked about having a Hale's own Fan O' War, leveling it up by kill assists would've been quite lame. A second counter counting that wouldn't have been wrong though (Just like the Loose cannon counts Double Donks)

Wait the loose cannon counts double donks? I want one now. Anyway even the Disciplinary Action counts teammates whipped, so I don't see why they just did kills for the fan o'war

Woah, I didn't know that xD See, they are not so bad after all :P Or maybe FoW does count kill assists? It is only visible In-game so it is hard to find out >.<
