Re-suggested with advice from admin, there are other sales but are estimates/can't be proven/are potential outliers.
Highend sale is 3 months old which is a bit dated. Do you have more recent proof to support 11.4?
All the proof I have found is on the previous suggestion; agreed 3 months is dated but should have been used in the previous accepted suggestion/ used to discredit the previous accepted suggestion, believe it still applies
