Suggestion: Burning Flames Milkman at 190.24–197.2 keys

The Towering so far has had 4 sales, a 6 buds one, a $600 (~14.8 buds) one, one that is rather discrepant (history shows 3 hats, two of which didn't belong to the prvious owner, and no trades were even put up for them, and aren't even priced) and the mlikman one.

I'd just consider it an outlier

The beams chapeau was duped though, not sure if that lowers the price of it significant.

I had to deal with a beams chapeau in a recent suggestion, one duped one on outpost has a B/O of 7 buds. I think it does lower it some.

The high price of 8.5 is of a duped hat. Duped hat sales shouldn't be used as proof. Just look at the previous suggestions for this hat.

that is when lowering the price, if a dupe receives a higher offer it should be considered as if it weren't, at least that's what seems to be the most logical thing, I did several suggestions with duped hats being used as proof for higher ranges.

So uh...why didn't you include 8 buds in the range.
