I don't see anything about 1.3.
May i ask where you got the high end from?
You will need to provide some sales to increase the price, rejecting offer is a form of proof but you must couple it with sales. Else everyone would reject good offers and tey to inflate the price of their unusuals.
My friend wants to know what the unusual overpay formula is. He just stumbled upon some proof for this hat.
Also, is proof that is like 3 months old but is constantly bumped legitimate proof for this hat, which hasn't been updated in 4 months? He needs to know this.
Normally to take unusual over pay you can either
1) take the average of prices and times that by 0.9
Or
2) just take the lower end
Overpay is always taken because not everyone will recieve the same offers so will need to know the value in pure...etc

I don't see the point of updating a 4 months old price with offers made 3 months ago if these offers were already used to prove the last suggestion. You have only rejected offers, any sale in all this time?
he means after. those links are 3 months, and it was last updated 4 months ago.
don't think you can really use that as proof as backpack.tf is meant to show the current price of items not the price from 3 months ago.
first link has no offers at 1.2-1.3 bud.
