      Well, there are 2 common ways. One is to take the low end of the range of the unusual (unusuals should have ranges). Another is to take the unusual's price and multiply it by 0.9

      For example, if x is being sold for y, price of x would be y multiplied by 0.9

        You either take the low end of the price or multiply the average of the price by 0.9.
