get rid of the -buying and -selling

No calculation of unusual overpay. Knifestorm Elfin is priced at 3.1-3.4 buds, so you cannot use the high-end price of the Elfin to price this Scotch Bonnet. Downvote.

Also the scotch bonnet is still there, after overpay the elfin is ~2.9 buds (median *0.9).
