I really hate when you use the item thing like you do as proof, it's extremely irritating to me.
The B/O of 3 wants only pure and you relisted it. He also got offered a Ghosts Shako + 2 s.f. grenade launchers, which is fairly close to 3~.

And I would definitely take overpay on GE crown. 0.9 * 3.9 for such a narrow range. It would be an optimistic 3.5. Given those two b/o's at 3, this is definitely too high. Maybe 3-3.4 might be more reasonable.
