Conclusion

I guess this is a bump. Im leaving the $40 sale at 20 keys since there have been some B/O's such as this one ( http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/14091858 ), so I dont really feel like 21 keys should be high-end. If a mod decides otherwise, then I can change.
