It is true that some are selling for 9, but they go pretty fast.

Even if there are no 11 key sellers, you also need to prove that you can't sell for 10.5 either.

can look up quick buyers, check their history to see if any of theirs sold.

Otherwise find 11 key sellers, and bookmark their trades, and wait

you need to upload proofs of loose cannons sold that price range, not only unsolds. Also unsuccsesful sellers for 11 keys for a long time would help too.

Upvoted. There are really less than 10 trades selling at 11 or even 10.5 Keys out of three pages, and a lot unsold at 10. If nearly everyone on the market is selling for the low range or under, there's no need for the high range.
