Well it needed an update and I saw that 17 and 19 weren't happening and I saw that 18 was. If I suggested 17-19 I would have no proof or high nor low end.

Well, when there are multiple unusuals on the market, I believe it has to have a range.

I think You should include unusual overpay.

We are now enforcing a new policy for unusuals. To create a price suggestion, a minimum of two sales are needed to create a range.
