Literally half of the sellers are low craft numbers, another quarter are offer trades. There's not too much proof to be found, but there's 6 sellers for below 3 ref, and not even those are quickly snapped up, so there you have it. 2.66 seems to be the lowest selling price that's not a quicksell.
