Okay, so it seems clean and dupes are selling in the same range. Now as for your range. It's pretty wide. Jefe has a narrow range, best to do middle * 0.9 for overpay - 4.8. Big Chief original suggestion was 4.8-5.5 - so 4.8 after overpay.

It seems this should be 4-4.8.

I suggested that range on the other one. :o
