http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/14190900 Was offered for a Blizzardy Dragonborn, which it then traded for. That's outdated but there's a buy-out of 2.3 (http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/14326108) so that's in need of a bump down.
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/12464258 Sold (to Flash) for about 2.3 when buds were 22 keys.
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/14147688 Sold for 33 keys (what the seller calls 1.5) in a couple of days. The seller admits to selling cheaper than most, but it took him two and a half days to sell.
The range, therefore, is contained within [1.5,2.3].
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/13887490 Had a buy-out of two. It looks like paying 2.3 wasn't entirely necessary.
For the higher value, with buy-outs having been lower than the 2.3 that was once paid, I need to put it lower than 2.3. I'm therefore choosing 2.1 to make up for having two lower sales but only one sale of 2.3.
Lower value: Thirty-three keys that sold after two and a half days, so I would put that as 1.6 to cover that. However, this hat clearly sells for more than that so I'll bump it up to 1.7 to cover that.
Suggested range: [1.7,2.1].
