I could go into details about how you forgot to take in account of "overpay in unusuals" but you overlooked one thing:

If a guy is willing to 1:2 his hat for two hats that collectively are worth 17-18 keys, and he hasn't sold it yet, why should the price be 20 keys?

But we have offers about 19-20 keys!

He's still willing to let it go for 17-18 keys worth, you have to take that into consideration. You can't lower a price based on lowball offers you need sales. Please provide better proof.

first link seems like it sold for 25 keys.
