dat was roller's proof but uhm, 13 seems possible and the change is too minor in 16 days

True, but the 13 key sale, could of been painted which would affect the hat a good .8 of a key. And there is proof that its named. If was all three, it would be worth the 13 just because of the extra tools on it.

The suggested range is within 5% of the old range, so it counts as a reconfirm instead of a actual change. Reconfirms can only happen if the old price is two months or older. I don't really see the desperate need to tighten the range at this time, sorry.
