well, that sale happened almost 3 months ago, so that price is basically outdated. I also saw the offer of 1 bud and 10 keys, which rounds to about 1.3- 1.4 buds since buds back then where about 22 keys I think, but no evidence that an offer of 1.8 buds was made. Also if you go through the history on the item you can find other sales, but that may not be necessary since this hat's price is already kind of old anyways.
