I owned this hat, and I got the price I sold it for by pure luck. It was one of the hardest hats I have ever owned to sell. I had offered it on probably over a hundred trades before someone finally accepted .

Had a few good offers on my trade, but all were retracted (electrostatic executioner, cauldron cannonball+sweets)

Sold for (Duped harvest ballcap, nuts tyrants, 9 keys, about 3 keys in misc items) (15-16)

The current owner has had his trade open for 2 weeks and only gotten offers of a HOUWAR (12) and a Kil-a watt cannonball (~12)

Factoring in the rejected offers on the current trade, and what I managed to sell it for, I think 13-16 is a much better range than the current 17-18. I know the range is a little wide, but I think it is only fair to factor both what I sold it for, and the current offers it is getting now.
