Suggestion: Terror-Watt Tough Stuff Muffs at 235.05–304.61 keys

Anything above 15 just seems too high given the amount of people have set their B/O to 15, including some of the current owners. By the same token, 8.6 seems too low to be in the range, as there are many sales and offers above it.

This is all I could dig up on this hat. Any counterproof/additional proof or comments/concerns are welcome below.

All your displays have most hat unpriced for which you consider price. It has been told by admins and plenty of suggestions were closed since unpriced hats cant be considered (offers on them varies widely). They need solid proof and i have provided them on my post.

1. You do not have proof community sparkling luger SOLD for 12 (you assume its 12)

2. You do not have proof gifted miami executioner sold for 16 (you assume again)

3.Most of your proofs have unpriced hats (prices of which you assume)

All of the hats I have in my sales have documented and accepted prices. Everyone knows almost all sparkle lugers are duped to hell. Even if he didn't, that doesn't change the value of it.

8.3 is an outlier and is not even in my range. His offer with the misty mountain cap instead of the buds and keys would have made the offer ~8.6, which is also an outlier and below my range. I did not "skip over it", I just did not include it because there is no reason to.

well i'm the one who made the offer. the detail of the trade was Stormy 13th hour tricorne + Misty Skull Mountain cap + 1 bud + 10 keys + 3 keys in items.

Thank you for the clarification. That makes this sale ~9.7 instead of ~8.3, and helps my range more. Finally someone actually contributes something worthwhile.

Blenderbird confirmed the sale for me, calm your tits. So instead of an outlier sale at ~8.3 we now have a confirmed sale at ~9.7 buds instead.

also how do you calculate your ranges? I thought for unusuals you take the mid value and calculate overpay, not the low value. Just wondering as i haven't made many price suggestions before.

You can take the mid value x 0.9 or take the low end of a range to calculate overpay. The use of each is contextual most of the time. If the range is small or has a flat price(or an excessively big range), mid x 0.9 is more appropriate. With most other ranges and average size ones, low end is usually better.

What's misleading about it? It seems to me that f1y!n9 just made up a new system of logic, where stuff are valued where we think we are, since if we don't know their value, that doesn't effect the price. The sales (including yours) are in the range, with a extreme sell or 2.

f1, I really don't understand your proof 2: ungifted one is x, obviously a gifted one is less, and there are rules that apply to that.

Proof 3: How the hell does that matter? I could offer a 20 bud hat in a new update on a scorching TC, he'll put it as C/O in some cases, that doesn't not make my hat that much, lots of people put all offers/close in C/O.

To sum it up, you are using one proof, the sparke luger, which is DUPED. I might think I'm paying you 300$ item with a piece of paper, but it's still worthless.

With the same sense, I personally don't know the value of a duped luger, but in the best case it can be put as 12 considering someone selling it on classfields for that much. If you're going to respond, PLEASE do so logiclly and don't scream unpriced hats so you team work bad.

people buy based on what backpack sugests them correct? the person bought luger was under impression the luger is worth what backpack suggests, correct? so it was sold for 19-21..case closed.

The gifted exec was sold WITH sweets as the buyer mentions that 'If he adds sweets' (probably to compensate the value since gifted) ..and it went that way. I will let the voters choose what correct and whats not. I am fade up of explaining to guys who suggest prices even after skipping hats worth 4 buds and later say it wasnt worth consideration.

u can believe its worth 300 buds as far as u are not making a website and putting on it for people to believe. When u make it public its in their hands to decide.

What proofs i have still stands real and people who were involved in those trades believe it. Simply making too many lines and highlighting which are in interest and ignoring other dont make it a good suggestion. Moreover its proved the guy's data is not trustworthy since he clearly missed hat worth 3-4 buds. So who guarantees that rest data is trustworthy too?

At the time that hat sold, the aces Gibus wasn't priced on here yet.

By using the 'new' price you're taking sales into account that weren't made when the guy traded his Muffs for the Gibus.

Just wondering, there is 1 guy selling that said he'd take around 15 in a reply to someone. Rest of the people are looking for 18/20, in which case I'm curious why 16 should be considered an outliner?

And about the offer I've recieved, I sold mine for the Logo Muffs (9.1-10.3) + 5 pure.

I'm counting that as 15 but feel free to take the low end and then apply the .9 overpay (which imo is a bit weird, but guess that's backpack.tf policy nowadays)

Hey Hop. Thanks for sharing your experience with the hat. Currently the high range is set by the highest offer you had (the logo muffs + 4), I was unable to find what you sold it for when I did my research, however I can now use your information to add another sale to the high range, effectively bumping it up by 1 bud.

About the gibus, though the trade took place about 2 weeks ago with that, the hat was priced around a week ago, and it was based on sales that would have happened around the same time or before the muffs sale happened. It is for this reason I would disagree with you on that point and say that the price is applicable.

As for B/Os, one guy said 15, and another guy said 15-17. I would highly doubt if that guy asking 15-17 would decline 15 pure if it was offered straight to him. Additionally previous owners have used 15 as their B/O in the past, and strictly speaking people with B/Os of 18-20 don't matter unless they are getting offers in that range or their B/Os are being met.

The sale you provided should help, I will adjust the range with this accordingly.
