Well it is possible but 3/4 in the classfields for 1.66 has not sold yet so I don't know...meaning I could get it quite quickly for 1.66, maybe a little bit too early to raise? Not against it completely though, it seems more conservative

I'm not sure if you checked their bps but 3/4 are actually sold. (1 has taken down their listing and 3 remain, 2 of which are sold)

From what I see, 1.66 seems to sell fine. 2 ref is slow to sell, but it does happen so it can be justified as the high price.
