There are only 2 pages of craftable coffin kits on outpost and they're selling for either 1.55 - 1.66 refined or part of a set. I've been looking around outpost, bazaar, and trading post and I only found one seller @ 1.33 refined http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/14394905 , which means that 1.33 refined is mostly a quick sell price. No sales @ 1.44 neither. Since most sales are happening @ 1.55 - 1.66 Refined, and no one hardly sells this @ 1.33, this thing does need a bump.
