cant find unsuccesful buyers for 4.5 because everyone is lowballing

I would say 1 week would be fine since the price was last updated a month ago. From the proof he gave (and it's a fair amount since there are only 3 pages on outpost) it seems to be the best possible price for this item.

Also with how you said there is no proof he sold it for 5 keys, every suggestion that passes has proof like that. It's really annoying to add every seller to ask how much he sold it for.
