I guess so, the 3rd sale is kinda over pay since it's mixed offer with items/hats
Well, you either did on all of them or you didn't.
so it should be lower then since all trades are brought with unusuals and not pure?
You should do middle range of every sale multiplied by 0.9 for get the price with overpay applied.
Sale #1: 11.7-12.6, middle range 11.15buds*0.9 = 10.03buds w/ overpay applied.
Sale #2: 10.9-11.9, middle range 11.4buds*0.9 = 10.26buds w/ overpay applied
Sale #3: 12.7-14.9, middle range 13.8buds*0.9 = 12.4buds w/ overpay.
A range 10-12.4 would be better in my opinion.
