In my last suggestion, I was about to close it and resuggest with a higher high end due to there being a sale after I submitted the suggestion for voting (you can see this if you read the very last comment in the suggestion). However, when I was nearly ready to resubmit, the suggestion was accepted, so I wasn't sure what to do. I was contacted by the person who bought for the Logo Muffs + 5, who was very polite and asked if I would resubmit it for a more correct price range. He asked if it should be something like 11-14 instead, but 10-14 encompasses much more of the data in reality, due to there being 3 sales around 10. So here we are.

It actually sold for Stormy 13th Tipplers(~5.8) + Misty Skull Mountain Cap(~2.8) + 1 bud + 10 keys + 3 key sweets = ~10.2 buds

-gifted Miami exe may have sold for 11 pure somewhere along the way? Need confirmation of this or other sales of it, ~16 is based off bp.tf's gifted formula and is not a set price for gifted items. I know for a fact it was in a quicksell with a Harvest Cowl(~8.2) for 20 buds: http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/13793779

Not sure what it ultimately was traded for though.

-Burning CM price of 21.7 is outdated, and a current clean one on outpost has a buyout of 19 buds. This in turn makes the sale with the Killawatt Bolted Bicorne valuing the Muffs at ~15.5 at best, which is if the Burning CM sells for its B/O

I shouldn't need to regurgitate those here. Just to summarize though, a list of all the sales:

9.8 -- 10.2 -- 10.2 -- 12 -- 12.2 -- 13 -- 14 -- 14.1 -- 15.5(at the very best) -- 16(questionable estimate)

There was also the sale for the Antifreeze Hustlers to consider, a hat which currently has a B/O of 15 buds on outpost

In conclusion I think the majority of sales are encompased in the nice range of 10 - 14 buds. Even if the gifted Exe can sell for 16+ though, against all the other data it seems like an outlier.
