I just bought this hat off of thunderS>1unusual for about 1.5 buds. I think his original upper bound of 2.6 buds was obviously high, but I think his lower bound limit of 1.5 buds is probably around what this hat is worth. I'm suggesting a price that is 1.5 +/- 0.1 just to get a price that is fair on this hat. The upper bound of phosphorous for this hat is 2.2 buds, so it shouldn't be higher than that.
