As much proof as I could gather

One out of three trades on outpost. No others sold, and nobody selling under 1.33 ref.

The fact that you've found 2 sales, and you announce this is all previous sales, doesn't change anything.

And as you can see here, this guy bought 2 at 1 ref each.
