    New hats need 2 sales for a range, and I don't think putting 2 sales with one as an outlier really counts. This is at least 1 of 5, http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/14064711 offers of terror bicorne, ghosts hallmark (4.1), etc. Still have to downbote

    And that price is 3 months old and very outdated. I wouldn't trust use as the only sale to set the price on a hat. Range is too high.
