Basing price off what Stormy is going for as Memory Leak is roughly on par, if not slightly less. Really the only evidence is the current price of Stormy on this site (1.7 - 1.9 buds) and the buyouts on TF2OP, but if you really care...

I know this but again, mainly basing it off this site current price of Stormy, which has been proven.
it is a rule that you need 2 sales, there is no beating about the bush im afraid. the answer is simply to wait until they sell and give proof of that sale.

btw there is no relation between 2 effects and I guess I know lilttle more about it than you do
...I was afraid I'd have to spell it out, here's the relation, Stormy is Higher tier by a slight margin, that's it. Since There are 2 Memory Leaks that are still with the owners none have been sold, so I'm basing the suggested price off of the same hat, with a slightly better effect hence why I suggested a lower price than Stormy. And yes I know I need proof, as I said to the other guy I made this with the expectation of failing due to how informal it is. So please, stop trying so hard.
You cannot price one unusual based off another unusual if the first has never sold for the second. Easy downvote
